Affordable and Caring Teletherapy
for the Bay Area and California
Therapy provides such a rich opportunity for growth and learning, helping persons to recover from the aftermaths of trauma, abuse and loss, meet the hardships of their lives and thrive. In times like this, with so much anxiety about our collective welfare, it can be an invaluable lifeline.
In response to the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, we are now offering teletherapy (therapy by phone and online by video) for all our clients, whether new or established. Also called telehealth or telebehavioral health, teletherapy can provide vital care and support to individuals, couples and families experiencing stress and hardships which prevent them from attending therapy in person. While our world and communities grapple with "flattening the curve" and minimizing the spread and seriousness of the virus, it provides a safe alternative to meeting in person.
Whether you need assistance with depression, anxiety, loss, childhood trauma, relating to others, or the stress of this time, our therapists will provide you with care that is sensitive and responsive to your needs.
Children, teenagers and couples can be supported by teletherapy, as well as adults. Please call us to explore how we can help you!

From Our Therapists
Many are calling this an unprecedented time – quarantined in our homes, fearful of the well-being of our families and loved ones and facing changes and circumstances we may have not only never prepared for, but imagined possible. If you are feeling disoriented, unsteady and in shock, you are not alone. As we grapple with the spread of illness in our communities, it is a time of both personal and collective upheaval, a time that may “shake us at our roots” but also provide unexpected opportunities for reflection, renewal and growth.
Since the onset of the Coronavirus, we have shifted our services online and now offer teletherapy by phone and video to individuals, couples and families during day and evening hours, 7 days a week. Offering understanding, affirming and compassionate support, our therapists can offer you both an opportunity for intimate sharing as well as consistent and stable weekly support.
Whether you are grappling with anxiety, depression or grief, a history of trauma, adjustments to recent changes in your life, or conflicts with your partner or spouse, therapy can be both an anchor and a lifeline. To schedule an appointment, call or email us or visit our THERAPIST DIRECTORY. We would be delighted to support you!
