"What consciousness touches it frees" -Adyashanti
You’re not broken, though at times in life we can feel that way. It can be difficult, but reaching out for support is the first step to feeling like life is working again. I work with individuals and couples to help facilitate their process of living a fuller, deeper, more authentic, and balanced life, through affordable Mindfulness Based, Somatic, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. It’s an honor to sit with my clients and be a part of their journey.
My approach to therapy is client based and mindfulness based, as well as warm, lighthearted and relational. We start with where you are, working to integrate all parts of yourself with kindness and self compassion, going at a comfortable pace that allows healing to happen organically. I believe healing involves being authentic, and allowing all parts of ourselves to be discovered, expressed and embraced. My trust in this process comes from my work with clients and my own personal growth work.
As we change, life changes. I believe there’s a part of us that already knows how to heal, sometimes we just need an environment that allows that healing to happen.
Call me if you’re struggling and need support with; anxiety, stress, depression, relationship problems, life transitions, grief or loss, to feel like life is working again, or to go to your next level of growth and well being.

Working with Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy
Working with Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy allows you to get curious and uncover some of the core beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back from living your fullest life. Through this work you can access different parts of yourself, known, and unknown, bringing into awareness how you’re organized in life, and how you may be reacting, consciously and unconsciously.
This allows you to become more present in life, have more choice, and change unconscious patterns. It also allows you to learn what your strengths and resources are in life, which are unique and innate in each individual. We mostly grow from new embodied experiences, not just new ideas. This work allows that discovery and integration to happen, as well as learn possible tools for you to incorporate to help weather the storms of life.
Working with mindfulness, and cultivating curiosity in sessions, helps you develop a skill, or practice, that you can incorporate into your daily life for continued growth and stress management.
I hold a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, as well as a BA in English Literature with a minor in Cross Cultural Studies in Language and Art from San Francisco State University. Additionally I’m certified in all levels of Reiki training. I enjoy studying Kabbalah, Christian Mysticism, and many healing modalities. Music, art, yoga, nature, meditation and stories of the resiliency of the human spirit continue to inspire me.
