We are living in unprecedented times.
This can be an opportunity to renegotiate every aspect of life. While change is often challenging, I have found that it is easier to navigate together. We will look at the complex landscape of your life, where there is flow and vitality, as well as the places that feel blocked. With honesty, compassion, and courage, we will explore how to support your innate resilience.
I serve as a guide for people who want to create meaningful change and live in alignment with their values. My approach is primarily somatic, meaning I bring curiosity to one’s felt experience—a fluttering in the chest or muscle tightening—as a way to get to know oneself more deeply and process stuck experiences. I offer mindfulness-based tools for both exploring one’s felt experience as well as building skills for coping with stress.
I believe everyone has a right to live a meaningful, connected, and empowered life. In my experience,
blocks to accessing this can be revealed through a supportive relationship. I am passionate about guiding people towards their inner wisdom and offering tools for creating the change they desire.
As a somatic psychotherapist, I am curious about how personal, familial, cultural, and intergenerational experiences shape our body-mind-spirits. I offer mindfulness-based tools for looking at how patterns created by our environments live in the body. Frequently this process involves increasing awareness and opening to emotional experiences. From there, we follow the unique wisdom of the body-mind-spirit to develop practices that align with therapeutic goals. I bring tenderness, humor, and humility to the process of change. My approach is trauma-informed and best suited for individuals currently residing in California looking for weekly Telehealth therapy.
