I serve as a guide for people who want to create meaningful change and live in alignment with their values.
My approach is primarily somatic(“body-based”), meaning I bring curiosity to one’s felt experience—a
fluttering in the chest or muscle tightening—as a way to get to know oneself more deeply. I offer
mindfulness-based tools for both exploring one’s felt experience as well as building skills for coping with
stress. I appreciate how practical this approach is and how quickly tangible solutions to life’s problems can
be revealed through listening to the body.
Having first trained as a biologist, I bring a passion for the details of life and awe of the power of
interconnectedness. After learning to dissect life and reduce it into quantifiable terms, I realized I was more
drawn towards the expansive and unpredictable potential of life. I believe everyone has a right to live a
purposeful, connected, and empowered life. In my experience, a supportive therapeutic relationship can
help reveal the path towards living fully. I am honored to be a part of the flourishing that happens when
people connect to their inner wisdom and capacity to grow.
As a somatic psychotherapist, I am curious about how personal, familial, cultural, and intergenerational
experiences shape our body-mind-spirits. I offer explorations to increase awareness of patterns, unlock
places that feel stuck, and develop practices that align with therapeutic goals. I bring tenderness, humor,
and humility to the process of change. My approach is trauma-informed and best suited for individuals
currently residing in California looking for weekly Telehealth therapy.
