Are you overwhelmed with life’s experiences? Do you feel like you are trying your best but nothing is working out? Do you feel like you need a little perspective?
As an existential-focused therapist, I’ll walk with you as you navigate life’s experiences while identifying your purpose. Purpose is something that is unique to us all, but the satisfaction of identifying, living in, or working towards our purpose is universal.
So, I can walk with you and be part of your life’s journey as you find, work through, or clarify your purpose... or we can just talk.
I am a writer who is passionate about many things in addition to therapy. I use that passion to drive my desire to help my clients live the life that truly makes them happy. I am perceptive and a good listener. My ultimate wish for any client is that they find a way to live the life they want to live, and I am respectful of the opportunity to be part of that process in any way.
I have an MBA and an MA in Counseling Psychology. I have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and existential therapeutic approaches. I have experience in helping individuals who’ve experienced workplace stress and the residual impacts of those experiences. I also have experience in addressing issues stemming from workplace discrimination and the residual impacts of those experiences. I can also assist you if you are experiencing or struggling with addiction and/or mental illness.
My approach is primarily talk therapy, and I also utilize other therapeutic approaches to help calm your anxiety and also help you look objectively at your circumstances to reveal what may be holding you back.
I value honesty, being calm, and the power of encouragement and empowerment.
