Are you considering cutting down or quitting drinking?
Are you struggling to maintain sobriety?

Losing control over alcohol or drug use is scary; letting go of the remedies of our hidden pain could be even more terrifying, and the daily white-knuckle ride of abstinence is exhausting.

You can heal, and I am here to help!
Schedule a free 15-min consultation by calling me directly or email me right now, so that you can find out whether I am the right person to support you in your healing journey.
I help students, professionals, and parents, to get their lives back from addiction so that they can live a happy and free life.
I have first-hand experience of being a prisoner of my addiction. I know how scary it is to lose control over one’s own desires, how terrifying it could be to let go of the remedies to the hidden pains, and how exhausting it is to ride through the white-knuckle days of early abstinence.
I know how hard and scary this all is, and I also know healing is possible.
You can get your life back from addiction, and on the other side of the tunnel, color is brighter, taste is sweeter, and life is more beautiful.
You can heal, and I am here to help.

My approach draws insight from Attachment, Psychodynamic, and Family System theories. This means I believe we are all the products of our early experiences and family of origin. In our work, I can help you to see how your pain was transmitted from generation to generation—there is no antagonist to blame—but you are the protagonist with the ability and a responsibility to heal.
Our work will start with a simple but essential question—what does alcohol or drugs do for you?
With this compassionate curiosity, I will be by your side every step in your healing journey—as your faithful companion who holds hope before you can see the light, your compassionate witness who sees the goodness in you even when you fail to, and your skilled facilitator who guides you through the self-discovery towards healing. If you wish to start your healing journey, please reach out today!
I believe that every one of us can, and deserves to have a happy and free life.
I believe deeply in adaptiveness and resiliency. I see addiction as an adaptation—as humans, we do things to adapt in order to survive—substance use behavior is no exception. I also have deep faith in your ability to heal—as human resiliency is in each and every one of us—you can heal, and you can get your life back from addiction!
