I offer a unique therapeutic journey that recognizes grief as a transformative power, a gateway to our deepest selves. This process reveals our unspoken stories, desires, and shared humanity, often overlooked in our culture. My approach is eclectic, resonating with various therapeutic orientations to co-create a healing space tailored to you. I welcome your entire self, including the weird, wacky, unmasked, and unexplored parts, in a safe and accepting environment where you can rewrite your narrative and personal mythology.
Your story is so important, AND I will meet you where you are because this shit is hard. I am warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental.
I’m a holistic spiritual therapist. I’m also a certified astrologer, eternal seeker, and student. I can usually be found shuffling between multiple books at once or on a research deep dive. I am a mother, a stepmother, a mystic, and a divine child. I’m deeply attuned to the subtle and sensitive aspects of life.
Although I often walk the path of a lone wolf, finding it challenging to blend into groups, I hold a profound appreciation for community and heartfelt connections. As someone who is neurodivergent, I value meaningful, soulful interactions, cherishing quality over quantity in my relationships. My respect for nature, especially trees, deeply influences my perspective and practice. I believe in the power of energy medicine and nature healing, emphasizing the interconnectedness of healing oneself and the collective. I’m also proud cat lady and 90’s grunge is the soundtrack to my life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, focusing on an eclectic mix of therapeutic orientations. My background includes extensive work with grief, integrating various methods such as psychodynamic, humanistic, and shamanic approaches. I specialize in working with individuals navigating the complexities of spiritual awakenings, neurodivergence, and parenting challenges, offering a compassionate space to explore these areas deeply.
My therapeutic approach emphasizes the transformative power of grief, viewing it as a portal to deeper self-understanding and connection. I incorporate a broad spectrum of therapeutic orientations, tailored to meet each client's unique needs. This includes integrating elements like archetypes, astrology, and mythology into our sessions, if desired, to enhance the therapeutic experience and foster a deeper understanding of oneself and one's place in the world.
I value creating a safe, accepting space for clients, focusing on the transformative power of storytelling and healing through witnessing one’s pain and resilience. My practice is dedicated to uprooting oppressive systems within ourselves and the collective, emphasizing the importance of honoring our capacity, embodying our full humanity, and engaging in practices that foster sacred reciprocity with the earth.
