How I Can Help

Hi there! My practice focuses on personal growth, relationship issues, couples, dating, marriage, and new parenthood. I love helping people in their teens, 20s, and 30s move forward in their lives with wisdom and intention. My approach is friendly and easeful, but I also bring a vast array of tools from DBT to help you quell anxiety, regulate emotions, and improve your interpersonal effectiveness.

About Me

With a background including a Stanford B.A./ UC Berkeley J.D., a previous career as an innovation leader and startup founder, and journeys through heartbreak and illness, I bring eclectic personal experience to therapy practice. I combine formal training in psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EFT couples therapy, mind-body/ somatic work, meditation, and yoga therapy to provide an integrative, holistic approach to healing and personal growth. My work is informed by modern, evidence-based methods of psychotherapy as well as spiritual wisdom and practices from Buddhism, Hinduism, and Judaism.

My clients are people and couples seeking insight, growth, and vibrancy. I work with couples to reach their highest potential, experience breakthroughs, and enhance connection. I support adults and teens with life transitions, relationships, loneliness, self-esteem, anxiety, grief, and illness; and ultimately, with becoming their best selves.

My Background and Experience

I hold a BA from Stanford in Public Policy and Economics, a JD from UC Berkeley, and an MA in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute. In addition to my private practice, I have worked in a DBT clinic and at a private middle and high school. Beyond formal psychotherapy training, I am also credentialed in mediation and yoga therapy. My background as a tech startup founder helps me relate well to high-achieving clients who feel pressure to succeed across all areas of their lives.

My Approach

I can hold space for your pain or confusion, and be your guide in finding your way through. We will not merely talk about your problems. We will explore, discover, and practice ways to enact meaningful change in your life. Email me to set up a brief phone consultation. People of all gender and cultural identities are enthusiastically welcome.

My Values

Be present and be mindful. Clarify your priorities. Lead with love.
