I am a trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapist offering in-person sessions in San Francisco and telehealth sessions to clients throughout California.
I strive to create a space rooted in trust, where you will feel safe to slow down and explore all parts of yourself, your strengths, and your challenges. As you share what troubles you, I will follow your lead with curiosity and compassion. Together, we will seek to understand why things are as they are so that you can know yourself more fully. This understanding is the beginning of acceptance, healing, and change.
I am open-minded, compassionate, and non-judgmental with a powerful ability to make people feel safe, understood, and accepted in my presence. I will invite you to bring all of the parts of yourself, all of the ways in which you personally identify, and all of your life’s experiences. Nothing is off-limits and nothing shocks me, yet I won’t pry. I will follow your lead and strive to create a warm environment where you feel safe and supported in exploring your experiences and your inner world.
I have a bachelor of arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of California at San Diego, and a master of arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Before coming to Grateful Heart, I did an 18-month trainee- and intern-ship with the Center for Somatic Psychotherapy in San Francisco.
As a somatic psychotherapist, I work with clients in a variety of areas, including resolving past trauma, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and psychedelic integration. Additionally, I have focused experience and training working with sex and sexuality, polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, and kink/BDSM and erotic diversity.
