I am a registered associate marriage and family therapist. Whether you’re navigating life’s transitions, dealing with the everyday challenges of life, or working through deeper emotional wounds, I offer a space for growth, healing, and transformation through telehealth throughout California. I work with individuals, families, and relationships to help you live in ways that reflect your highest potential.
I believe therapy can play a crucial role in healing attachment wounds—those deep-seated emotional scars that form in early relationships and affect how we connect with others throughout our lives. Additionally, by identifying and challenging negative beliefs about ourselves and the world, we can start to build a more compassionate, empowered narrative in order to break negative thought patterns, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships both with ourselves and with others. In today’s world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the existential dread that comes from the uncertainty of the times. Therapy can help us make sense of these feelings, process the stress, and find meaning and purpose in the midst of chaos.
At the heart of my practice is compassion, authenticity, and respect. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where every individual feels seen, heard, and supported. As a trauma-informed clinician, I recognize the profound impact of past experiences and prioritize emotional safety, trust, and collaboration in every interaction. I am committed to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. With empathy and integrity, I honor your unique story and walk alongside you toward meaningful, lasting change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute, where I received rigorous clinical training rooted in cultural humility and relational depth. My clinical experience includes working at Family Paths, a community mental health clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through trauma-informed care. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades as an educator, working closely with children and families navigating a wide range of emotional, developmental, and learning needs. This background deeply informs my therapeutic work—bringing patience, insight, and a deep respect for the complexity of each individual’s experience.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of safe, attuned relationships—both with others and within ourselves. I draw from family systems theory to understand how early dynamics and roles shape our current patterns, relationships, and sense of self. Through parts work, we explore the different inner voices or aspects of you—often shaped by past experiences—with curiosity and compassion, helping you move toward greater internal harmony.
Attachment work is also central to my practice. I pay close attention to how early attachment experiences influence your capacity for connection, emotional regulation, and self-worth. Together, we create a space where these patterns can be gently understood and transformed.
For relationship partners, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps partners identify and shift reactive patterns, build emotional safety, and strengthen their bond through deeper understanding and connection.
I aim to meet you wherever you are, offering a trauma-informed, collaborative space where your story is honored, your strengths are recognized, and meaningful change can unfold.
