- Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Master of Arts, Counseling Psychology
Holistic psychotherapy is an integrative practice rooted in alternative approaches to traditional therapy. This modality of therapy brings awareness to the whole self, body, mind, and spirit, allowing you to better understand, heal, and build acceptance of the self.
Holistic psychotherapy offers support through a gentle transformative process for those who wish to make positive changes in their lives. Through the use of various alternative holistic therapeutic methods and collaborative approaches, clients are able to develop life-changing habits to help them cope with all of life’s various obstacles. I believe everyone has the capacity for success and I am dedicated to offering you a guiding hand on your life journey.
"Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one's being, but by integrating of the contraries."–Carl Jung
I am a Registered Associate Marriage Family Therapist based in San Jose. I hold a master's degree in holistic counseling psychology from John F. Kennedy University as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University. I am also a registered yoga instructor and a certified integrated holistic life and wellness coach. In my spare time I enjoy teaching and practicing yoga, reading, sunshine, and warm beach days.
As a therapist with a holistic approach who is also a registered yoga instructor, I enjoy implementing yoga and mindfulness practices into my session.
I worked as a case manager in treatment centers for recovering addicts and with pregnant and parenting teens with Planned Parenthood. I have also worked with elementary and middle school children and their families as well as with individuals and couples in private practice.
"Your vision will become clear when you look into the heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens."–Carl Jung
As a holistic psychotherapist, I offer you a gentle hand for guidance and support through life's difficulties. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples who are searching to find their true and whole, authentic selves. Through mindfulness-based approaches, experiential practices, yoga therapy and other holistic modalities, I empower individuals and couples to live their authentic selves from the inside out and outside in.

Going to couples therapy can help increase the overall quality of your relationship.
My approach to couples therapy is rooted in self-love and self-growth. I encourage each partner to grow individually while seeing the other in a new light. I seek to help each person manage negative communication patterns and find new ways to problem solve and regulate emotions while deepening their emotional connection to each other.
