I’m an holistic therapist based in Oakland, offering telehealth throughout California.
我是一名身心整合治疗师,提供面向全加州的线上咨询服务。
I specialize in working with busy professionals, creatives, and leaders who find themselves burned out, anxious, or stuck in lives that look fine on the surface but feel empty or soul-numbing on the inside.
My clients are often immigrants, driven professionals, cycle breakers, and seekers—people who long for freedom, meaning, and a deeper connection to themselves. Many come to me in times of transition, questioning old ways of living, and craving a path that feels more authentic and aligned.
In my work, I weave together neuroscience, somatic awareness, and spiritual depth. I hold a compassionate, grounded space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body and emotions, and uncover what truly matters to you. If you’re ready to move beyond survival mode and begin shaping a life that feels alive and true, I’d be honored to walk with you.
I trust that you already carry the wisdom within you to heal and move through life’s challenges. I don’t see your mental health struggles only as symptoms to be reduced, but as meaningful signals of places where body, mind, and spirit have fallen out of alignment. These experiences can point us toward what needs attention, care, and integration.
In our work together, I hold space with curiosity and compassion, honoring both your pain and your resilience. I believe that what feels overwhelming or disruptive often carries within it the possibility for growth, deeper self-understanding, and ultimately, reconnection with your wholeness.
I am a holistic psychotherapist with special interests and training in mind-body medicine, holistic psychology, women’s health, and helping people understand the deeper dialogue between body and Spirit.
My journey as a healer began after I recovered from my own experiences with mental health challenges and autoimmune illness. Within the overculture, my credentials include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, along with multiple trainings and certifications in the mind-body field, including Somatic Parts Work, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, and EMDR.
As a first-generation Chinese immigrant who has navigated multiple layers of cultural and spiritual transformation, I welcome clients seeking a therapist who can hold space for the complexities of trauma, identity, generational patterns, and spirituality.
My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic practices, honoring the connection between mind, body, and soul. I integrate depth work, EMDR, mindfulness, somatic healing, and Eastern philosophy to support lasting transformation. Sessions may involve slowing down to listen to the body, working through old wounds and beliefs stored in the nervous system, or exploring the meaning behind life’s challenges.
I see therapy as both practical and sacred—a space where insight meets embodiment. Together, we’ll cultivate the tools and awareness you need to release patterns that keep you stuck, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move through life with greater clarity, ease, and authenticity.
