I’m a holistic spiritual therapist and practicing astrologer based in Sacramento, offering telehealth throughout California. I specialize in working with individuals who feel out of place in their environments, those experiencing spiritual awakenings, and anyone navigating deep personal transformation. My practice is a haven for empathetic, highly sensitive, and neurodivergent individuals, as well as mothers moving through the underworld of matrescence or on complex parenting journeys.
I work well with people who are healing from childhood trauma, breaking generational cycles, and seeking to reconnect with their authentic selves. Many of my clients are cycle breakers, spiritual seekers, or alternative healers doing the brave work of reclaiming their wholeness.
As a clinician, I bring warmth, intuition, and deep reverence for your story. I approach therapy as a sacred process of remembering, rooted in relational safety, depth, and spiritual curiosity. If you're feeling stuck, unseen, or amid profound change, you don't have to go through it alone. This work is about coming home to yourself.
I believe therapy is sacred work—a slow, brave return to self. It’s not about “fixing” you, but about honoring all the parts of you, especially those that have been silenced or shamed. I see therapy as a space for unwinding old patterns, grieving unmet needs, and exploring your soul’s unique path. Healing happens in relationship—in being witnessed with compassion and in learning to extend that compassion inward. I hold space for your whole story, including the ancestral, spiritual, and unseen threads that shape your experience.
My orientation is deeply relational and rooted in depth and transpersonal traditions. I work from a soul-centered lens that honors your full humanity, drawing on transpersonal and somatic parts work, archetypal astrology, and dream exploration. I approach therapy as a sacred collaboration—where intuition, imagination, and the symbolic world are welcomed as guides.
I value honesty, tenderness, and curiosity. I aim to meet clients where they are with presence and reverence, creating a space where all parts of the self are invited to be seen and heard. I am especially attuned to working with people who feel like outsiders, who are navigating spiritual shifts, grief, or identity transformation. My practice honors complexity, mystery, and the nonlinear paths we walk toward wholeness.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and began my career as a school social worker, where I supported first-generation, BIPOC, and neurodivergent students and families within complex systems. My experience spans the macro and micro—from policy work and education advocacy to deep, relational, one-on-one healing. I’ve practiced in many different settings.
Over the years, I’ve trained extensively in various healing arts, including multiple schools of astrology, meditation, and energy medicine. I am deeply engaged in the archetypal, spiritual, and unseen realms—continually weaving them into my work in a way that is grounded, attuned, and client-centered.
I'm also a therapy and inner-world nerd—constantly learning and refining my practice through formal training, mentorship, and my own lived experience. My relationship with the shadow, with grief, and with the nonlinear path of healing is central to how I show up as a therapist. I don’t ask clients to go anywhere I haven’t been willing to go myself. My work is anchored in the belief that our wounds carry wisdom and that the path toward healing is sacred, complex, and deeply personal.
My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and spiritually integrative. At the heart of my work is a belief in the healing power of being seen and known in your wholeness. I create a space where your full story—spoken and unspoken—can be honored and explored with care. I meet clients with presence and curiosity, inviting all parts of you into the room: the conscious and unconscious, the shadowy and sacred, the tender and the fierce.
I work creatively and collaboratively, drawing on somatic and transpersonal parts work, archetypal astrology, guided imagery, ritual, dreamwork, and intuitive exploration. Sessions may weave between processing grief, integrating spiritual awakenings, tending to inner child parts, or mapping your astrological transits, depending on what’s emerging in your inner landscape.
I hold space for the messy middle, the liminal thresholds, and the profound beauty that comes with reclaiming your voice, your story, and your soul’s wisdom. My role is not to direct or diagnose, but to accompany you as a steady, attuned guide on your path home to yourself.
