I'm a warm, collaborative therapist who works with teens and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, identity, and relationship challenges. I create a space that is thoughtful, grounded, and real -- where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you. I especially enjoy supporting people who are deep thinkers, caregivers, creatives, and those who feel a bit out of step with the world around them.

I believe in using therapy to be more honest about your experience and, in doing so, evolving into a more authentic version of you for yourself and also in your relationships.

I offer relational psychodynamic therapy. I value building a foundation of trust, helping you to connect dots and put words to your feelings. My strengths as a therapist are hearing and seeing who you are and helping us forage a path to where you want to be.

I want to know you and understand how you have gotten to where you are today. I focus on making you feel seen and on our relationship, since it can provide us with important data about how you are relating to yourself and other people in your life.

I have been working as a therapist since 2017. I have a Masters in Social Work and am a Registered Associate Social Worker in the state of California.

Research has shown that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important indicator of successful therapy.

A strong therapeutic alliance is built on trust, empathy, and understanding. A nurturing environment empowers you to delve into the depths of your psyche, process past traumas, and develop healthier coping strategies. Ultimately, the therapeutic bond serves as a catalyst for transformation and the creation of a more authentic life. It is a primary focus for me in my approach to therapy.
