You’re someone who’s used to showing up for others — the steady one, the responsible one, the person people rely on without thinking twice. But even the most capable people reach moments where life feels heavier than it looks from the outside. Maybe you’re a new parent trying to stay afloat in a sea of exhaustion and conflicting emotions. Maybe you’re a teen or young adult sorting through pressure, identity, and expectations that seem to shift by the day. Or maybe you’re a lifelong caregiver who suddenly realizes you’ve been running on empty for far too long.
My work is for people who feel caught in these in-between spaces — where you know something needs to change, but you’re unsure how to begin. In therapy, you don’t have to hold it all together. You get room to slow down, to be honest, and to be supported. Together, we’ll explore what’s draining you, what’s changing within you, and what will help you feel more grounded and more like yourself again.
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine, human connection — a place where you can drop the performance and speak freely. It’s not about fixing you; it’s about understanding you. I see therapy as a space where you are allowed to be complex, contradictory, and real, without judgment or pressure.
My work is grounded in relational and psychodynamic approaches. I value authenticity, curiosity, and emotional honesty. I believe people heal when they feel seen, understood, and supported in exploring the parts of themselves they’ve long ignored or pushed aside.
I work with people navigating major life transitions — becoming a parent, stepping into adulthood, balancing cultural or family expectations, or caring for others at the cost of themselves. I have extensive experience with teens, young adults, folks overwhelmed by their responsibilities to others, and those who outwardly appear high-functioning while internally feeling stressed, depleted, or lost.
I show up as a collaborator, not an authority. We move at your pace, exploring your inner world with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we’ll make sense of your emotions, strengthen your sense of self, and create space for needs you’ve perhaps long overlooked. My goal is to help you feel steadier, clearer, and more aligned with who you are — not who you’ve felt required to be.
