I provide teens and adults a non-judgmental space to work through challenging and “messy” experiences such as anxiety, panic, depression, relationship issues, and disordered eating. Rather than grabbing the Clorox and trying to “fix” things, I help clients explore how and why their symptoms came to be. As clients better understand themselves, they often feel profoundly relieved and have greater capacity to try out new ways of managing challenges. Ultimately, I hope to help clients make peace with their complexities so they can feel and act more wholly themselves.
I myself am a millennial woman continually making peace with my own complexities, giving me unshakable empathy for clients doing the same. Some important parts of my identity include: creative, second generation, highly sensitive, and dog-obsessed. Before entering the mental health field, I worked as a seamstress for nearly a decade. In 2022, I earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute, and have since worked primarily with clients in their teens, 20s, and 30s. I love supporting these clients in building meaningful lives for themselves.
