Welcome! I’m Bella. Thank you for finding your way here. I am an integrative psychotherapist offering telehealth therapy throughout California.
I come to this work with a deep reverence for the human experience and the courage it takes to turn inward. I am passionate about supporting highly sensitive souls, and those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. As someone who is no stranger to the rocky terrain of the psyche, I know what it feels like to feel lost, scared, and longing for relief. And yet, even amidst the chaos, there is wisdom, clarity, and calm that can always be found. This, I hold as a deep truth. If you're carrying more than your heart knows what to do with, you don't have to carry it alone.
I believe that therapy is sacred work and deeply personal. You are the expert of your own life, and I aim to come into the therapy space with humility, curiosity, and non-judgment. I hold that healing is rooted in safe relationships, collective care, and connection—and the therapeutic relationship is no exception.
Therapy is a space to be seen and heard, all while nurturing a more compassionate and harmonious relationship with yourself. All parts of you are welcome here.
I believe that mental health cannot be fully understood without addressing the systems, histories, and identities that shape our inner and outer experiences. I strive to be a life-long learner and approach this work with cultural humility, a commitment to social advocacy, and an awareness of the broader contexts that impact well-being.
In our work together, I aim to co-create a therapeutic space that is collaborative, de-pathologizing, and rooted in mutual respect. My hope is to foster a space where you feel empowered to show up as your full self—where your stories, identities, and truths are respected and honored.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Saint Mary’s College of California, with a dual specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy & Professional Clinical Counseling. Before that, I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from UC Berkeley where my interest in the complexities of the human experience first began to take shape. My clinical training took me to Saint Mary’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) where I had the opportunity to support a diverse student population through brief psychodynamic therapy. In previous lives, I have worked extensively with children in educational settings and have supported youth in crisis stabilization.
My approach is integrative and I draw from a variety of modalities. I am especially fond of psychodynamic and attachment-based frameworks to explore how early experiences and relational patterns shape the way you move through the world. I believe there is deep value in bringing unconscious narratives and internalized beliefs into awareness—letting go of what does not serve you and creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
With your permission, I may also incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support you in connecting to your body as a source of wisdom and regulation.
My counseling style is warm, relational, and depth-oriented. I’ve been described as having a “gentle strength” in the therapy room—something that I hope is both comforting and grounding.
If you feel like we might be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I would be honored to work with you.
