I was raised in the desert borderlands. I am Mexican-American, bilingual, and bicultural. I am currently living in Santa Cruz, California. I have traveled and lived for many years throughout Mexico, Central, and South America. Throughout my travels, I have received several teachings surrounding energy work, traditional ways of being, and Mexican Indigenous Traditional Medicine. I walk the spiritual path in communion with my ancestors. I honor the inner alchemy of the elements within and among us. I am constantly finding new ways to cultivate interconnectedness with the universe and nature. I consider myself to have the privilege of being a sacred spaceholder and find counseling as a way of ritual healing.

Fui criada en el desierto fronterizo. Soy Mexicana-Americana, bilingüe y bicultural. Actualmente vivo en Santa Cruz, California. He viajado y vivido por muchos años por México, Centro y SudAmerica. A lo largo de mis viajes, he recibido varias enseñanzas en torno al trabajo energético, las formas tradicionales de ser y la Medicina Tradicional Indígena Mexicana. Camino por el sendero espiritual en comunión con mis ancestros. Honro la alquimia interior de los elementos con e entre nosotros. Constantemente estoy encontrando nuevas maneras de cultivar interconexión con el universo y la naturaleza. Me considero tener el privilegio de contener un espacio sagrado mientras considero la asesoría y guianza un ritual de sanación.

Therapy can support us throughout our life's journey. I like to cultivate a space with warmth and openness so that we can dive into what may be surfacing. I value non-judgement and vulnerability especially in those moments that can stir discomfort.

I am greatly motivated in being of service for individuals that are seeking more pathways and support for empowerment and cultivating self love. I specialize in working with intergenerational trauma, anxiety, life transitions, the acculturation process, self-esteem, and highly sensitive people. I am here to explore what’s alive in you and our space together. With each other, we can dive deeper into the wisdom of the heart with compassion and humility. I uphold a liberatory decolonial psychological lens through my practice. I honor many modalities, particularly Depth Psychology, Gestalt, and Transpersonal Psychology. I love to include spirituality and ritual in my work of all types. The sacred is always welcome as well as its many manifestations through nature and the Self. I welcome shadow work and the deep wisdom it births. I am here to learn with you and from you. With all respect to you and your ancestors, let’s embark on this path together as we walk each other home.

Estoy muy motivada para estar al servicio para individuos que buscan más caminos e apoyo para empoderarse y cultivar amor propio. Me especializo en trabajar con trauma intergeneracional, ansiedad, transiciones de vida, el proceso de aculturación, autoestima y personas altamente sensibles. Estoy aquí para explorar que está vivo dentro de ti y nuestro espacio juntxs. Entre nosotros podemos sumergir al fondo de la sabiduría del corazón con compasión y humildad. En mi terapia yo sostengo una perspectiva psicológica decolonial liberatoria. Honro muchas modalidades en particular la Psicología Profunda, Gestalt y psicología transpersonal. I have a Master of Arts in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). I also have a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies and Bachelor of Arts in Literature/Cultural Studies both from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). I am a certified Reiki Practitioner, Vinyasa Flow Yoga Instructor, and Tantra Yoga Instructor.
