My main goal as a therapist is to support my clients to become more present (live more consciously) while increasing the quality of their well-being. I believe both walk together.
I am interested in supporting my clients to have clarity around their motivations and longings and move towards what they want in life. Part of this work includes affirming my clients in their strengths, deeper knowing, intelligence and competences. Another part involves supporting my clients to become more aware of their unconscious patterns, conditionings, defense strategies, so they can have more freedom and choice in their lives.
I am a relational therapist with a strong orientation to somatic work. This means that the relationship between therapist and client offers a lot of information for the potential work to be done and opens new possibilities for the client's healing process. The somatic orientation means that attending to the physical and emotional bodies are core gateways to deepen the work and increase awareness.
I believe therapy is the practice of deepening our presence (experiencing the present moment with current eyes), in alignment with our values and aspirations, and in authentic connection and relationship to others (in a true belonging). It is the process of becoming more fully who you are at your essence and moving towards your highest potential.
I am committed to support my clients to achieve what they want in life in alignment with their values and authentic being. I am also interested in supporting my clients to become aware of their unconscious patterns, so they can be more fully at choice in their lives.
I work relationally with my clients with a strong somatic orientation. I am committed to support my clients to increase their capacity to witness themselves and in relationship to others. I anchor the present moment in the physical and emotional body and support my clients to refine their capacity of tracking their nervous system and ability to self-co-regulate.
I am a graduate from the Somatic Psychology program at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) with a strong background in trauma informed care.
My work is deeply informed by my studies and practice on the peri and pre natal psychology field for the last 10 years with the Ray Castellino Foundation Program. My work is also deeply shaped by my studies and work with Thomas Hubl on inter-personal, inter-generational and collective trauma.
I am trained in other somatic modalities such as Hakomi (Level 1) and Somatic Experiencing (completing my training), Blueprint resonance (Studied with Anna Chitty).
